Create quick, simple alert, email and SMS Text Message (mobile phone) reminders using the system-wide menu that can be accessed from any application. Never forget anything ever again. This new version eliminates the requirement that an email account be setup in Apple Mail. Using the new preference pane "Mail Server" users can specify any mail server for delivering email reminders.

Patent Search and Freecycle Support Announced for OS X Search Agent

Agent Craig, which already provides automated background searches of Craig's List and Ebay, now adds Freecycle groups to the list of sites available to tech savvy bargain hunters. In addition, a new patent search plugin allows for extensive intellectual property research campaigns via the US Patent office website.

Quay extends the Dock's functionality, allowing the user to sort Stack menus in several useful ways, and see extra information for each item. Quay 1.1 now also shows version numbers for application icons, process information for running applications, and generates menus for Smart Folders. The user can also generate custom icons on both sides of the Dock.
