WhoPaste 4.4 - A Universal Hot Key for Creating Contacts on Macintosh

Austin, TX    Feb 03, 2010 in Utility

[prMac.com] Austin, Texas - Mac-Chi today is pleased to announce WhoPaste 4.4, an update to their popular contact utility. Now, for the first time Macintosh users have a single system-wide hot key for initializing a new contact record. WhoPaste supports Address Book, Daylite, Entourage, or Google Contacts. WhoPaste's smart utility window provides a wealth of default values, numerous on-screen widgets for data enhancement, and several post-processing options.

The new user-configurable hot key is in addition to all of the powerful text extraction capabilities that have always been a part of WhoPaste. WhoPaste is simply the most efficient way to create contacts on Macintosh: for brand new contact data just press the new hot key; for existing contact data simply select the text, control-click, and let WhoPaste extract the contact data automatically.

Additional WhoPaste features include: extraction of multiple contacts directly from spreadsheets, extensive support for Daylite including derived data and opportunity creation, duplicate detection, multiple group assignments, citation capability for data sourcing, pre-built Automator actions, AppleScriptability, and much more.

* Mac OS X Version 10.5 or later (Leopard & Snow Leopard Compatible)
* Universal Binary for PowerPC and Intel
