A bunch of other handy options also contribute to the overall efficiency of the app. Using the built-in accelerometer of the iPhone/iPod touch, Sleep Tracker registers the users' movements in their sleep and identifies in which of the three sleep phases they are. Thanks to this, the alarm will sound during light sleep - the best time to wake up energized and refreshed.
4 wake-up modes are available for the iPhone and 3 for the iPod. Depending on the lifestyle and habits, users may choose to be woken up at the set time or at the best time for awakening within the fixed time frame, with or without monitoring of sleep cycles.
The sound settings have been designed to be absolutely user-oriented. There is a selection of special tunes both for awakening and falling asleep. Users can also choose their own tracks from the iPod playlist to serve as wake-up or chillout melodies. A separate volume regulator is available for both kinds of tunes, allowing users to set different levels of volume for wake-up and chillout tracks.
