Aug 07, 2009 - Boris FX today announced that the entire Boris FX product line is available for the new Apple Final Cut Studio 3 release. Boris Continuum Complete 6.0.4 FxPlug for Apple Final Cut Pro 7 and Motion 4. BCC 6.0.4 FxPlug is a free update for BCC 6.x FxPlug customers. All Boris Continuum Units also support Apple Final Cut Studio 3. Final Effects Complete 5.0.2 FxPlug for Apple Final Cut Pro 7 and Motion 4. FEC 5.0.2 FxPlug is a free update for FEC 5.x FxPlug customers.

Aug 05, 2009 - Boris FX announced that a new Boris Continuum Unit, Cartoon Look, is now available. The Boris Continuum Cartoon Look Unit includes the Cartoon Look, Pencil Sketch, Charcoal Sketch, and Watercolor filters from Boris Continuum Complete 6. BCC Cartoon Look simulates the look of cartoon rotoscope animation. The filter includes many preset looks and styles, all available via the filter's preset pop-up menu. Users can even make their own presets and apply them to any other clip in any project.

Jun 25, 2009 - Boris FX announced that Boris Continuum Complete 6 AVX for Avid editing and finishing systems is now available. BCC 6 AVX is based on Avid's AVX 2 plug-in architecture with support for Avid Media Composer, Avid NewsCutter and Avid Symphony. BCC 6 AVX adds nearly 200 plug-in filters to Avid editing and finishing systems. A special AVX 1 version of BCC 6 AVX for Avid DS will be released in the near future.

Jun 19, 2009 - Boris FX has announced that the Boris Continuum Chroma Key Unit now includes a Chroma Key Studio filter for real-time previews and rendering in Apple Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Final Cut Express. Chroma Key Studio builds on the strength of Boris Continuum Complete's keying and compositing tools with features such as a best-of-breed chroma key process, spill suppression, matte choker, and a light wrap compositing step.

Jun 12, 2009 - Boris FX has announced that a public beta of Boris Continuum Complete 6 AVX for Avid editing and finishing systems is now available. BCC 6 AVX brings nearly 200 filters to Avid Media Composer, Avid NewsCutter, and Avid Symphony. The new release features 15 new filters including Extruded Text, Extruded Spline, Layer Deformer, Cartoon Look, Lightning, and Swish Pan. In addition, BCC 6 AVX delivers unique workflow enhancements.

Jun 04, 2009 - Boris FX has announced that a new Boris Continuum Unit, 3D Objects, is now available. Boris Continuum 3D Objects supports Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, and Apple Final Cut Express. The 3D Objects Unit is the latest addition to previously-released Boris Continuum Units: Chroma Key, Pan and Zoom, UpRez, Motion Key, Lens Flare, Film Look, Glitters, Optical Stabilizer, and Light Rays.

May 29, 2009 - Boris FX has announced that Boris Continuum Complete 6 FxPlug for Apple Pro Video Applications is now available. BCC 6 FxPlug brings over 200 filters to Apple Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Final Cut Express.
